Plane Finder AR Lite App Reviews

Im not getting any info on my iPhone every time I click on it my phone camera get activated, no info at all about planes trafficking. Im doing something wrong Or this App is a spam and I wasted $2.99 to iTunes to get purchase it.

Ive experimented with this for about 2 weeks, on both my iPhone and iPad, and disappointingly it simply doesnt work. Freezes up the iPhone every time I run it, and with the iPad, after 20 seconds or so, the program closes without a prompt. I was excited when I found this app, but very disappointed after install. Certainly wont upgrade to the paid version.

This comes in really handy for us mechanics waiting on our planes! Now we know when theyll really arrive!

...but maybe it will get better.

this app is a waste of money! Once you find a plane the app crashes...all I can tell you until an update is made to fix this flaw, the app is useless..

Cool you guys think its horrible but is fun I am telling it is fun cool app.

Maybe its just me, but when I use this to find planes in the sky, it says Im looking north when Im really looking south.

As another user posted, this app is 180 degrees out of sync for me on my iPhone 5.

Free version doesnt do anything you cant do by taking a skull and tilting it... UP. I know sounds hard without a phone in front of your looking balls but it works. Have to pay to see flight/plane info.... So why have a free version? When it does nothing. Plus its off on direction.

I LOVE THIS APP! It may not be precisely accurate for the direction, I dont know, but the enjoyment factor is still great seeing so many aircraft transitioning the local skies, coming and going all over the world. And its FREE! Four stars.

Live near an airport. Really cool to see which planes are flying in and out.

Sitting at the Milwaukee International airport now in & the app hasnt read a plane. Glad I didnt get the paid version. Will delete. iPhone 4

Simply doesnt work. Pointless. I tried it the other night. Cloudless sky, many planes visible north of San Diego. It didnt seem to know any were there. Zero stars if I could!

This would be awesome if it worked, I would certainly have bought the full version. Unfortunately it does not work well at all.

Not good at all

Crashes every few minutes. Restart and its fine for another few minutes. Other than that its a fun app. 2 stars only for crashes.

Not even sure what this is supposed to do? I live in the country and I think when I see a plane, I am supposed to point the camera on my Ipad toward it and it tells me the 411 about it? Anyway, I can point toward a plane and either see nothing or see some readings in its general vicinity? Sometimes, there are all sorts of "sightings" but nothing is visible to the naked eye? The little blue V shaped radar area sometimes has a few planes in its sights, but not sure if I need to turn my Ipad upside down or go left or right to get them in MY sights! Unfortunately like my paid version of plane finder HD, the "upgrade" downgraded what was fairly accurate. Get the free versions of both of these apps, for some reason they are more accurate! Wish I could have the airplane photos back again! Great ideas for both apps, just not well executed unfortunately!

This is real stupid why didnt you leave it with the maps where you could pick out your own plane

Needs to do a way better job of showing where the aircraft are.
